2 thoughts.

• There are two types of fighting - the quick flashing blood spray - and the other: endless slugfest - when every lift of the shoulder costs more sweat than you have to give - but you dare not stop.
• It is a blessing to realize how little you know about God - because then there is so much more to drink in.

I keep having this dream about being in an underground parking garage. Some guy with a buzz cut (Dash?) and a fur coat is cheering me on as I punch another guy. We're all in a big ring, and we make soap in our spare time.

Like Forrest, I've never been in a real fight, but I used to have strange dreams (nightmares?) of being in horribly violent altercations usually ending with me finishing off my opponent with a wooden baseball bat to the skull just before I awoke. Probably should have seen a therapist.
